Can you assist with a complaint?

In accordance with EU and Danish consumer law, all products purchased on gobabygo.de/eu come with a 2-year legal guarantee.

For products purchased on mpdenmark.dk, all complaints must be directed to our customer service at: hello@gobabygo.dk

Complaints regarding GoBabyGo products that were not purchased on gobabygo.de/eu should be directed to the retailer where the product was bought.

Can I exchange some of my socks?

We currently do not have an exchange portal. The easiest way to exchange an item is by returning it and placing a new order.
